No charge. A short phone chat will allow us to connect, discuss the general nature of your project and set up an appointment time for a more in depth on-site assessment.

$70.00* + HST (non-refundable) to be paid in advance of the assessment. The on-site visit typically lasts between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the scope of the project. It’s an opportunity for us to meet in person and discuss your goals for the project. It allows me an opportunity to see the space under discussion and create a plan/timeline to help you reach your desired outcome. *This $70.00 will be deducted off your first session if you choose to book a session. $50.00 +HST, minimum session length of 3 hours. In general, a 3-4 hour sessions tends to strike the right balance when working alongside a client. In some cases, shorter 2-hour sessions can be arranged if needed, recognizing that every client’s pace and circumstances are different. Session time begins when I arrive onsite and ends when I leave and includes an approximate 15 minute “end of session wrap up” where we tidy up, book our next session and payment occurs. Longer full day sessions (6-7 hours) may be offered if it is a situation where I am working independently, such as an estate clearing.

This rate reflects professional organizing services provided by one organizer and does not include dropping off donations.

DONATION DROP OFF – Our work may generate items you wish to donate. Depending on the project, you may wish for me to drop off donations from our sessions, this is a service I do offer for a fee of $25.00 per load ( I promise, I can pack alot in a load!)

An additional fee applies if more than one organizer is requested or required. A second organizer would not be brought in without consultation with the client.
